We're taking an existing commercial building at Cadzow Industrial Estate and giving it a useful new life.
A simple idea.
There are plenty of businesses that have outgrown working from home but don't need — or want — a conventional corporate office.
Some need an office and somewhere for stock. Some need a studio. Some need space for equipment. Some simply need somewhere affordable and professional to call their own.
We're taking an existing 19,000 sq ft commercial building and making it brighter, smarter, safer and more useful for the businesses that will work here.
The refurbishment is underway. And this is only the beginning.
